Set up CNXT Connection – Step-by-Step Guide for epitop VISION Users

epitop VISION login and instructions for setting up the connection with CNXT

Please find attached your personal login for using the epitop VISION platform.

How to log in:

  • Open the epitop VISION platform.

  • Enter your email address and the password provided.

  • To set your own password, please use the ‘Forgotten password’ function directly on the login page.

Step-by-step guide for the Rodenstock customer consultation tool, CNXT:

Please set up the connection by following the instructions below - two instructional images are attached to this email.
  1. Open Settings
    1. In CNXT, click the three-dots icon at the top right → select ‘Settings’ from the menu.
  2. Open Software Connections
    1. In Settings, under ‘Global Settings’, click ‘Software connections’.
  3. Add a connection
    1. Under ‘Service provider for Telehealth Services’, click ‘Add connection’.
  4. Enter credentials
    1. Now enter the credentials provided:
      1. ClientID
      2. ClientSecret
  5. Then click ‘Update connection’.
  6. Check the connection
    1. If the connection has been established successfully, a teal dot will appear next to the service provider’s name. The date of the last update will also be shown.
