Set up CNXT Connection – Step-by-Step Guide for epitop VISION Users

Step-by-Step instructions: Connecting CNXT to epitop VISION

Please set up the connection by following the instructions below - two instructional images are also attached.

  1. Open Settings
    1. In CNXT, click the three-dots icon at the top right → select ‘Settings’ from the menu.
  2. Open Software Connections
    1. In Settings, under ‘Global Settings’, click ‘Software connections’.
  3. Add a connection
    1. Under ‘Service provider for Telehealth Services’, click ‘Add connection’.
  4. Enter credentials
    1. Now enter the credentials provided:
      1. ClientID
      2. ClientSecret
  5. Then click ‘Update connection’.
  6. Check the connection
    1. If the connection has been established successfully, a teal dot will appear next to the service provider’s name. The date of the last update will also be shown.
