Minimum Technical Requirements for EasyScan Computer
Below you will find the minimum technical requirements for a computer running the EasyScan camera and software.

For PCs with Intel 12th generation or newer processors, compatibility must be checked in advance, as some hardware drivers differ from specification.

Important Compatibility Notes
- Avoid PCs above Intel 12th generation processors or newer – these may cause USB driver problems with EasyScan.
- Windows 11 is not fully supported, in some configurations, hardware restrictions limit operation.
- The PC may be from any brand (e.g. Dell, HP, Fujitsu), but the configuration is what matters.
- Do not allow automatic updates from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
- Do not use USB hubs – connect the EasyScan camera directly to the PC.
- If available, enable Legacy USB Support in BIOS/UEFI.
