Report status / technical condition - case ID needed
To check the status or technical condition of a report, we require the Case ID (case reference).
As all data in our system is processed in an anonymised manner, a review is only possible using this Case ID.
How to find the Case ID:
In the patient overview, column “Details”
Screening report: starts with “C-”, followed by numbers and letters
QuickCheck: full name of the result file
Please note:
If no Case ID is visible, no report has been uploaded. In this case, please request the report again.For orientation, you can find a screenshot here:
